Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Callchatbot application operated by Callchatbot.

Application refers to Callchatbot, the software program provided by the Company.

Company refers to Callchatbot, based in Gujarat, India.

2.1 Eligibility

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Callchatbot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Callchatbot.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate Your Account at any time by contacting Us or using the account deletion features provided in the Service, if available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Callchatbot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on the Service or sending You an email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
